and my work

I have been creating and painting for as long as I can remember. My artistic spirit was nurtured and shaped from an early age by Waldemar Biliński, an artist and teacher from Włocławek. His art studio became a place of work, play, but most importantly, a place to explore new fields and techniques of art. From wooden sculpture, clay, ceramics, through all kinds of collages, to drawing, pastels, watercolors, and finally, my beloved oil on canvas. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, specializing in Monument Conservation.

The inspiration for my work is the thought “Non omnis moriar – I shall not wholly die.” The human being, as the center of the world, struggles with emotions in my paintings, trying to find their place in the order of the universe. The motif of stairs, symbolizing the journey and choices, often appears in my works, along with the female figure – my wife, who is my muse. An important element of my compositions is also sculpture, particularly in the classical spirit. As a motif on canvas, it symbolizes durability and timelessness, contrasting with the transience of human life. I often use the motif of stained glass, which reflects the fleeting boundary between the spiritual and material worlds, leading a person towards light and reflection on the immortality of the soul.

Our jewelry combines art, spirituality, and precise craftsmanship. Each design is inspired by classic works of art and architectural details that carry deep symbolic meaning. We create with attention to detail, using Gothic forms, filigree patterns, and noble materials such as gold and stones. In our collections, we refer to the harmony between the spiritual and material worlds. Central motifs, like amethysts or elements referencing cosmic spheres, emphasize the fascination with nature and the balance of the forces of the universe. Gold fittings gently embrace the stones, creating elegant and symbolic compositions. We create jewelry that is not only an ornament but also a carrier of history and reflection on the beauty and order of the world.
